According to a Luotu Technology report, branded finished-set TV shipments in mainland China totaled 14.947 mln units in 1H 2026, down 10.1% YoY. Q1 shipments were 8.065 mln (-8.8% YoY) and Q2 were 6.882 mln (-11.6% YoY). Shipments have fallen YoY for five consecutive quarters since Q2 2025.

European jet inventories were about 38 mln barrels in early June — Reuters calculations indicate under 30 days of demand, the tightest among major markets. An IEA monthly report (end-May) shows jet inventories prelim +10% YoY and refinery output +30%, but Europe’s available buffer remains roughly one month. Energy analyst Janiv Shah expects market tightness to persist through August.
