Iran's ambassador to Pakistan said the US violated the memorandum of
understanding before the 60‑day post‑signing window had elapsed, arguing this
demonstrates Washington lacks the determination, will or genuine intent to make
any agreement succeed. He said US statements on peace and stability are hollow
and accused the US of seeking to create instability — outside an agreement,
within its framework, or by exploiting the agreement itself.
