Guangzhou issued measures to speed listings of biopharmaceutical firms, creating
a classified, stage-based incubation mechanism by industry track, firm size and
listing phase to concentrate support and drive tiered development. The city will
build a reserve pool of potential biotech issuers and deepen coordination with
the Shanghai Stock Exchange Southern Center, Shenzhen Stock Exchange Guangzhou
service base, the Beijing Stock Exchange South China service base under the
national stock transfer system, and the Guangdong Equity Exchange to provide
one-stop advisory, listing guidance and regulatory correspondence assistance.
Authorities will steer firms toward listings on the Guangdong Equity Exchange
and the national stock transfer system and promote eligible companies' listings
in domestic and overseas capital markets.
