Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on July 24 warned civilians across the
Middle East to immediately avoid locations where U.S. personnel secretly live
and operate, urging a minimum distance of 500 meters. The IRGC accused the U.S.
of breaching a prior U.S.-Iran memorandum, restarting hostilities and striking
Iranian bridges, railways and ports, causing civilian casualties, and said Iran
will respond. It added many U.S. personnel have left bases and relocated into
urban buildings to command and conceal operations.
