The Ministry said that based on a 24‑hour meteorological risk analysis for mountain floods, from 08:00 on July 26 to 08:00 on July 27, 43 contiguous counties across Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangdong reached red‑level warnings for mountain floods, indicating a high risk of mountain‑flood events.

On the 26th, President PEZESHKIAN and the minister of Roads and Urban Development received a briefing on damage to border crossings, ports, highways and railways. He said U.S. strikes on those civilian transport facilities were "clear war crimes" and called for legal accountability through relevant international organizations and bodies.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on the 26th its navy is conducting continuous patrols and surveillance across roughly 240,000 sq km of the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC said any vessel that does not accept Iranian rules cannot transit the strait. It said US forces attempted to alter vessel routes but were met with warning shots and the vessels returned. Over the past 24 hours six vessels were ordered to anchor after IRGC warnings and complied with Iranian directives.
