TrendForce reports NVIDIA has started shipping its new Spectrum‑X co‑packaged optics (CPO) switches to select partners while Broadcom’s 51.2T Bailly CPO switches continue to ship in small volumes, signaling a move toward volume production for CPO. Availability and yields of optical engines, silicon photonics chips and advanced packaging capacity will be the main constraints on the pace of CPO switch production ramps.

TP200, China's first multi-role long-endurance UAV developed to airworthiness requirements, completed its maiden flight in Yantai, Shandong. Built by Yitong UAV, the platform demonstrated stable attitude control and met design targets for climb and cruise speed during trials. Designed for long-endurance, high-altitude operations, TP200 achieves full-load endurance of more than 24 hours. Its modular, multi-payload, one-airframe multiple-configuration design enables rapid mission switching and targets higher equipment reuse, greater commonality and lower procurement and O&M costs, and will support the shift of large unmanned aircraft from specialised applications into scaled government and civilian markets.
