China's Ministry of Finance plans to issue the 2026 book-entry discount Treasury (47th tranche), a 28-day discount bond with a competitive auction of CNY 20bn face value and allowance for additional bids by Class A participants. Price will be set by competitive tender and the bond will be issued at a discount to par. Interest accrues from 6 Aug 2026; repaid at par on 3 Sep 2026 (holiday-adjusted).
