WHITE HOUSE said the minimum import price program for polysilicon and related products will take effect at 00:01 ET on Dec. 4, 2026.

Parties discussed interconnection of onshore and offshore bond-market infrastructure and extending southbound access to include Macao’s bond market. They said they will actively implement policy measures announced by PBOC Governor Pan Gongsheng at the Hong Kong Monetary and Fixed Income Summit, leverage financial infrastructure, and deepen Mainland–Hong Kong–Macao bond-market coordination to support higher-level financial opening.
