Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps intelligence agency said analysis of political, economic, social and military trends over the past 60 days shows adversaries increasingly using cognitive and intelligence warfare to recalibrate strategy toward Iran. It said tactics include downplaying the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz, weakening the influence of the Resistance Front, intensifying efforts to impose a maritime blockade on Iran, and amplifying domestic divisions, economic vulnerabilities and social discontent to erode internal cohesion. The agency said Iran is boosting national resilience, retaining asymmetric combat capabilities, continuing to assert control over the Strait of Hormuz, and moving from reactive defense to seeking greater strategic initiative.

The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued a Logistics Network Construction Implementation Plan. The plan encourages financial institutions to increase financing for logistics and transport, supplying credit for logistics-network projects at reasonable cost with maturities matched to project needs and improving capital-use efficiency. It directs that logistics infrastructure projects and spatial layouts be integrated into national spatial planning and placed on the unified national map, ensure project land requirements, expand mixed-use land supply, and secure land, water and airspace resources in accordance with law and regulation.
