Luobo Kuaipao's legal department said social-media videos purporting to list the company's top-10 shareholders and alleging foreign‑capital control are false. The company said the posts labelled investors by capital background and nationality, damaged its brand and rights, has legally preserved evidence, identified operators of some accounts through statutory procedures and has filed suit in the people's court to pursue infringement liability.
