The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said on the 4th it opened an investigation on the 3rd into whether U.S. EV maker Tesla complied with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards certification procedures for its driverless "Cyber Taxi".
