2025年初至2026年9月初，美國30年期國債收益率上升約55個基點，漲幅反而小於日本、德國、法國、英國和意大利。近期日本、德國、英國和法國長債收益率均升至十多年甚至數十年高位，說明本輪拋售並非單純由市場“逃離美債”驅動，而是全球債市正在共同重估通脹、財政供給與期限風險。 OECD預計，成員國2026年主權融資規模將達到約18萬億美元，其中約14萬億美元用於償還和置換到期債務。長債供給增加、傳統配置需求減弱，加上投資者要求更高的期限溢價，共同推高了主要經濟體的長期融資成本。但“全球性拋售”也不能替美國財政壓力免責。OECD數據顯示，美國已佔成員國再融資需求的約70%。因此，當前更接近全球主權債務的同步重估，而非美國獨有的信用危機；但美國龐大的發債與再融資規模，仍可能使其成爲全球長端利率壓力的重要來源。

From the 7th to the 12th, PLA ground forces deployed to Russia to take part in a live humanitarian demining exercise organized under the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Expanded Meeting expert group. The multinational drill focuses on clearance of areas contaminated by mixed explosive ordnance, including battlefield clearance, mechanical demining, use of mine-detection dogs and improvised explosive device disposal, and is intended for demining experience exchange and capability building.
