Requirements include mandatory content labeling for AI dramas, stricter platform enforcement of image and voice authorization, and end-to-end content controls. The office added that AI is a tool and humans remain the primary creators, and that faster AI drama development requires stronger content safeguards.

At its Sep. 17, 2026 interim results briefing, Fangda Carbon said its 6N-grade graphite, used in optical fiber and semiconductor applications, is now in commercial-scale supply to leading optical fiber, silicon and silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor firms, replacing comparable imported products. The company is expanding into the semiconductor epitaxy market; core products include ultra-high-purity isostatic graphite, semiconductor-grade high-purity carbon powder (having completed technical breakthroughs for both natural and synthetic graphite powders), porous graphite and carbon felt.
