He said the facility would house, store and enable rapid deployment of large numbers of drones, deploy snipers on the roof and plaza, and stockpile substantial quantities of sniper ammunition.

Effective Sept 20, 2026 (inclusive), contributors and their spouses who renovate owner-occupied housing within Nanjing may withdraw against renovation invoices: up to 1,000 yuan per sqm, up to 150,000 yuan per household, application required within one year of invoice issuance; one renovation withdrawal per household and one per dwelling. For property-management fees, contributors and their spouses owning owner-occupied housing in Nanjing may withdraw for the current year’s fees: if providing invoices, withdrawals equal the invoice amount with a household annual cap of 5,000 yuan; without invoices, household annual cap is 1,000 yuan. Each household may apply for property-fee withdrawal once per calendar year.
