China's robot rental market is projected to exceed 10 bln yuan in 2026, a rise
of more than 900% from 2025, driven by increased use at tourism, events and
retail venues ahead of the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays. Industry data
show Chinese humanoid robot shipments surpassed 40,000 units in 1H, about 97% of
global shipments. A robotics outlet in Shenzhen's Longgang district reported a
sharp uptick in rental orders since September, preparing humanoid and
four-legged units for deployment.
