China will launch a package of employment measures, the State Council
Information Office said at an Oct 10 press briefing on the “Starting the 15th
Five-Year Plan” series. Measures include an action to adapt employment to
artificial intelligence development; the “Skills Illuminate Futures” vocational
training initiative; a migrant-worker employment promotion program; expansion of
high-quality public employment services; and a “HR services+” integrated
development drive.
