Shanghai Stock Exchange deputy GM Yuan Duoran said at the Global Wealth Management Forum in Shanghai that Jan–Sep turnover of funds listed on the SSE totaled 65.4 tln yuan. ETF turnover ranked first in Asia and ETF market value ranked third, with ETFs cited as a core long-term allocation. As of end-September there were 1,124 funds listed on the SSE with aggregate market value of 3.5 tln yuan.

CoreWeave’s credit risk hit an intraday record Thursday after the AI cloud provider said it would expand borrowing. ICE Data Services shows the five-year CDS climbed 74.5bps to 1194.5bps, a session high that implies a market-priced five‑year default probability above 60%. CoreWeave bonds were among the worst performers in the US high-yield market on Thursday. The AI-cloud financing surge is prompting bond investors to reassess credit risk at some large tech names, reflected in rising CDS prices, higher volatility and weak corporate bond performance. As an early AI cloud player reliant on high-yield issuance for growth, CoreWeave has drawn outsized market focus.
