On Oct. 21 local time the Russian Defence Ministry said Russian forces used drones to strike a logistics center in Rivne used to store and distribute supplies for Ukrainian forces, and hit a dry-cargo ship at sea while it was en route to the port of Chornomorsk carrying supplies bound for Ukrainian troops.
