The disclosure expands on comments from the prior day's earnings call, where the CFO cited over $1 trillion of procurement commitments, future lease payments and other obligations. The filing also lists about $98.5 billion of contingent commitments—up roughly $23 billion quarter-on-quarter—including guarantees of data-center lease payments, support for partners' purchases of power equipment, and potential repurchases of AI chip systems from customers under specified conditions.
