Pakistan's defence ministry said on the 27th (local time) Pakistan and Kuwait signed a 2026 Defence Cooperation Protocol to deepen military cooperation under their 2023 Defence Cooperation Agreement. The protocol commits Pakistan to provide Kuwait assistance in military training, capacity building, border management and other mutually agreed defence areas.
