Canada's minister for Canada-U.S. trade, LeBlanc, said Ottawa has submitted a
new, detailed trade proposal to the United States based on recent negotiations
following a meeting in Washington with U.S. Trade Representative GREER. LeBlanc
declined to disclose details, said talks will continue in coming days, and
warned negotiations could still turn negative, calling "turbulence" inevitable;
Ottawa is under pressure to show progress after Mexico began bilateral USMCA
talks with Washington.
