SpaceX has raised the size of its Japan component of the stock offering by 25%, now seeking up to $2.5 billion from Japanese investors versus $2.0 billion previously, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. Japanese investors are being allocated 14.8–18.5 million Class A shares at a preliminary price of $135 per share. The Japan bookbuild opened Friday and runs until later next week.
