The guidance calls for industrywide transformation and deeper integration of advertising across sectors through an "Advertising+" initiative that leverages creative, planning and communication strengths to help firms build brand value and shift "Made in China" toward "Chinese brands." It targets emerging consumption areas — green, smart and health — promotes immersive and interactive consumer advertising services, and directs premium advertising resources to county and rural markets to activate local consumption.
