China will place 10 U.S. military-related entities, including Aveox, Inc., on
its export-control list, banning exports of dual-use items to those firms.
MOFCOM cited the Export Control Law and the Dual-Use Items Export Control
Regulations, said the step is to protect national security and meet
non-proliferation obligations, and framed it as a response to the U.S. expansion
of its 'China military companies' list. Chinese exporters are prohibited from
supplying the named entities.
