Vice President Vance said at a press briefing the talks made substantial progress, laying a strong foundation for a final deal, and that Iran had agreed to invite IAEA inspectors back. Iran's state news agency IRNA quoted Foreign Ministry spokesman BAGHAEI saying Iran's cooperation with the IAEA will continue under existing mechanisms and in in accordance with Iranian parliamentary law and decisions of the Supreme National Security Council.
