Israel's Transport Ministry said on the 26th it reached an understanding with
U.S. forces to accelerate removal of U.S. military aircraft from Ben‑Gurion
Airport. Under the pact, 30 aircraft will be moved to Israeli airbases by the
30th of this month, with the remaining 20 withdrawn thereafter. The agreement
permits U.S. aircraft to return to Ben‑Gurion within 72 hours if the local
security situation escalates.
