On the 28th Rosatom CEO Likhachov said Ukrainian forces carried out more than 60
drone attacks in the past 24 hours on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant and the
plant’s host city, Energodar. He said Kyiv appeared to be aiming to sap morale
among Energodar residents and plant staff through increasingly frequent strikes,
and that plant personnel have shown high professionalism and courage.
