On July 25 Houthi forces said they launched two attacks in response to Saudi Arabia
airstrikes on Hodeidah city, Hodeidah port and Kamaran Island. They said the
first strike used dozens of ballistic missiles and drones against ARAMCO
"sensitive targets" in Jizan; the second used ballistic missiles, cruise
missiles and drones against ARAMCO "sensitive targets" in Yanbu. The group
claimed both strikes "successfully achieved their aims" and scored "precise,
direct hits." It accused Saudi Arabia of maintaining a blockade of Yemen, said
maritime blockade measures targeting Saudi Arabia will continue, and warned it
operations may expand and escalate over the coming hours and days.
