According to a report by market research and intelligence firm IIR, Kuwait National Oil Company (KNOC) shut down some facilities at its 615,000-barrel-per-day Al-Zor refinery on July 18 due to a power outage. Some facilities are expected to restart by August 10. KNOC has postponed the restart of another refinery unit until August 10.
