At the opening of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with polysilicon and SC crude oil rising over 4%, fuel oil rising nearly 3%, asphalt, ethylene glycol (EG), coking coal, and styrene (EB) rising over 2%, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) rising nearly 2%, and container shipping to Europe rising over 1%. On the downside, platinum fell over 2%, while palladium, silver, nickel, and tin fell over 1%.
