At the opening of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed performance. Soda ash rose over 3%, ethylene glycol (EG) and silver rose over 2%, while benzene, coking coal, propylene, and fuel oil rose nearly 2%. On the downside, container shipping to Europe and polysilicon fell over 2%, PTA fell nearly 2%, and zinc and tin fell over 1%.
