Cantor Fitzgerald points out that when discussing AI semiconductors, the market often focuses on GPUs, HBMs, and optical modules, but analog chip company Analog Devices (ADI) has also clearly benefited from the expansion of AI infrastructure. Cantor estimates that as of the quarter ending April 2026, approximately 19%-20% of ADI's revenue was related to AI, primarily from three parts: ATE testing (approximately $260 million), data center optics (approximately $215 million), and data center power supplies (approximately $215 million). This benefit extends beyond existing revenue. ADI's optical controllers have been integrated into NVIDIA's Blackwell full system solution, and its vertical power supply solutions are expected to be used in Google's related platforms. These two design wins are projected to each bring approximately $50 million in incremental revenue in FY26. Meanwhile, ADI completed the acquisition of Empower in July, completing its IVR and silicon capacitor technologies, further expanding its coverage in the AI accelerator power supply field.
