Saudel is moving west‑southwest at 10–15 km/h, with intensity steady or slightly increasing. Forecast landfall between Wenling (Zhejiang) and Xiapu (Fujian) on the morning to midday of the 28th with landfall winds 35–45 m/s (force 12–14, strong typhoon/typhoon level); strength expected to decline after landfall.
