Russian President Vladimir Putin told Chinese President Xi in Bishkek that
Russia is willing to convert the bilateral visa‑free regime with China into a
permanent arrangement if China considers it feasible and agrees. At a routine
briefing Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said the mutual visa exemption
high-level strategic mutual trust, will further ease travel, strengthen
people‑to‑people ties and promote cooperation across sectors.
