Beijing resale online contract signings in August totaled 13,853 units, down 184
from July's 14,037. Through the first eight months, Beijing resale transactions
exceeded 120,000 units, up about 6% YoY. Nationally, resale volumes in major
cities fell MoM but continued to rise YoY; the 100-city average resale price was
12,527 yuan/sq m, down 0.45% MoM, with the decline widening 0.01 ppt from the
prior month.
