On Sept. 1 Dreame Technology said it has abandoned plans for mass production of
vehicles and will fold auto-related operations into the company’s industry
research institute, shifting the unit to focus on generic technology exploration
and tech commercialization. Dreame said it will retain only technical reserves
for the car project. MOVA, launched in 2024 as a global high-end AI smart‑life
brand covering robot vacuums, floor washers, lawn mowers, personal-care
appliances and planned consumer electronics, will not be fully shut. Dreame said
