Refinitiv calculations show GAZPROM's average daily deliveries to Europe via the
TurkStream undersea pipeline rose 3% YoY in August to 51.9 mln m3/day.
ENTOSG-derived data put August flows at 1.61 bln m3, versus 1.56 bln m3 in
August 2025. After Ukraine chose not to renew a five-year transit agreement with
Moscow that expires in January 2025, Turkey is the sole transit route for
Russian gas to Europe. Cumulative Russian gas supplies to Europe in the first
eight months rose 3.5% YoY to about 11.9 bln m3.
