The presidential office said on Friday Seoul is evaluating a range of options,
including military measures, to support freedom of navigation in the Strait of
Hormuz and denied media reports that it has decided to deploy forces. A
presidential official said "no decision has been made", adding Seoul must
consider domestic legal procedures, operational readiness and parliamentary
approval. South Korea's Lee may raise the issue with France's Macron at a
meeting next week.
