Financial Times says ANTHROPIC is finalizing MORGAN STANLEY and Goldman Sachs
for key roles in its IPO, with filings possibly as soon as next week. MORGAN
STANLEY is leading as left lead underwriter and strategic IPO adviser; Goldman
Sachs is expected to act as stabilization agent. JP Morgan, CITIGROUP and
BARCLAYS are also likely to participate. ANTHROPIC aims to list in New York in
late September or early October; the deal will test investor demand for
fast-growing AI companies.
