According to Sepahnews, a publication of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, the public relations department of Hatem Anbia Construction's headquarters stated that its oil, gas, and petrochemical holding company achieved a record-breaking 2017-meter-long horizontal well with a 90-degree inclination angle in Iran, using a drilling motor to complete the operation. The project manager stated that this horizontal drilling, completed according to these technical parameters, is the first of its kind in Iran and represents a significant technical and operational achievement in the implementation of complex drilling projects. This record-breaking achievement by the oil, gas, and petrochemical group further enhances the technical and engineering capabilities of Iran's drilling industry. The group stated that it will continue to pursue a development path based on independent innovation, self-sufficiency, and reliance on domestic capabilities.
