The State Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice launching a
Nationwide program to cultivate trusted‑consumption units and clusters that
raise consumption quality, improve consumer experience and innovate consumption
scenarios to support sustained consumption expansion. The notice targets more
than 5,000 trusted‑consumption clusters across China by 2030, broad coverage of
trusted‑consumption units in key sectors, and establishment of a 'Trusted
Consumption in China' brand with a marked improvement in consumer satisfaction.
