AFT, UFT, and Microsoft announced the release of a "National Artificial Intelligence Safety and Privacy Standard" designed to protect students, families, and educators. Microsoft stated that the agreement ensures technology companies cannot use student data to train AI, cannot track student information, and that AI cannot make decisions without human supervision.
