South Korea's industry minister said on Sunday Seoul will hold further talks
with the U.S. early this week to finalize details of its $350 bln investment
pledge to the U.S. As part of the broader commitment, a $200 bln strategic
investment cap — including an annual $20 bln limit — has been agreed and will
not change. The sides are close on many issues but some items remain unresolved;
this week's talks will be held by videoconference.
