[Aoke Shares: Trading Suspended Due to Planned Issuance of Shares and Cash Payment for Asset Acquisition and Supporting Fundraising] Aoke Shares announced that it is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire control of Suzhou Qitian New Materials Co., Ltd., and to raise supporting funds. Trading of the company's shares has been suspended since the market opened on September 21, 2026. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days. If it fails to disclose the plan on time, trading will resume no later than October 13, 2026, and the planning of related matters will be terminated. This transaction will not result in a change of the company's actual controller, and the transaction plan remains uncertain.
