Typhoon Doksuri disrupted air traffic on the 21st, with roughly 230 flights
canceled and about 33,400 passengers affected. Japan Airlines and All Nippon
Airways confirmed 188 cancellations; JAL said about 120 domestic flights at
Tokyo Haneda and Narita and 15 international Narita flights were canceled,
affecting roughly 15,000 and 2,500 passengers respectively. ANA canceled 53
mainly Haneda flights, affecting about 9,700 passengers. Jetstar Japan canceled
42 domestic/international flights at Narita on the 21st (about 6,200 passengers)
and three inbound Narita flights scheduled for the 22nd.
