"What we are really concerned about is that things that were once considered red lines, such as avoiding attacks on civilian infrastructure, schools, hospitals, bridges, power plants and energy facilities, have now become commonplace," said Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister at a discussion at the Qatar Economic Forum-Bloomberg. "These red lines are being deliberately crossed not only in this conflict, but also in other parts of the world."
