According to the Iranian news agency IRNA, Iranian Revolutionary Guard spokesman Mohbi stated that negotiations can be part of the struggle, while preparing for combat, if national interests require it. Negotiations do not mean compromise or peace, but rather another form of war. That is to say, war relies on weapons, while negotiations are a contest of words, arguments, and diplomacy; we must be prepared for both forms simultaneously.
