The Washington Post, citing three people, reported Vice President Vance and
administration officials plan to announce on Tuesday that they will remove
several hundred thousand people from Affordable Care Act coverage, citing
suspected fraud in enrollment. The government also plans to temporarily suspend
the eligibility of some insurance brokers found to have improperly assisted
consumers with ACA sign-ups. Officials earlier said an anti-fraud task force is
investigating ACA enrollment fraud.
