Iranian President Pezeshkian said when asked whether the war could end before
year-end that the decision rests with the US. He said, If the current US
administration wants to reach an agreement within the framework of international
law, it can; if it does not, then whether the conflict ends before or after the
US midterm elections makes no difference to us.
