On Oct. 4, Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council and head of United Russia, posted on social media warning the U.S. not to block Russia’s “Dawn” low‑Earth‑orbit (LEO) satellite communications system at Ukraine’s request.
